• Site Selection analysis – with the goal of maximizing value and efficiency, minimizing costs, and identifying potential challenges or setbacks due to the environmental or topographical features of the proposed site.
• Site servicing and project feasibility assessments – to identify practical solutions for connecting properties with municipal services and infrastructure. 
• Conceptual designs – establishment of potential lot and building layouts, servicing design, grading and excavation plans.
• Municipal approvals and applications -  JEA handles permit and application submissions on behalf of our clients, including building and development permits and rezoning and subdivision applications.
• Subdivision design - when the legal boundaries of a property are altered, a subdivision plan is needed. JEA provides plans for:
