Project: A 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use village-style urban neighbourhood combining retail, office and residential components.
Challenges: On this large and busy site surveyors were faced with significant construction layout challenges and safety precautions while working on a complex set of building plans and liaising with multiple contractors. Three tower cranes ensured that the site was a constant beehive of efficient activity.
