Project: A 127-lot waterfront development that includes luxury homes, a marina, golf course and destination resort.
Challenges: The site required multiple levels of planning involving the Ministry of Transportation, Regional District and local government. JEA helped mitigate the site’s environmentally sensitive areas, sewage disposal challenges, and community water issues that included an underwater crossing of the harbour.
