Challenges: The site drains directly to the ocean via several watercourses, so the storm water management was critical in maintaining the pre-development flows. Significant natural topographic challenges required that the existing road be significantly regraded while permitting access by existing residents. Consultation with geotechnical engineers, septic disposal experts and environmental consultants were critical in the completion of this development.
