Familiar with the procedures of project design, rezoning application, legal survey, construction, subdivision approval process and registration of all local municipal and provincial authorities. Specialising in the initial project design and approval phase. Personally responsible for approximately 2,000 registered plans representing approximately 7,000 lots.
