J.E. Anderson & Associates is a Vancouver Island-based, full-service land development company that transforms complex sites into complete and saleable products.
Our three divisions – legal surveying, engineering and land development consulting – offer clients proven development advice, preliminary planning services, subdivision design, infrastructure design and client representation at all levels of government and public consultation.
Where We Work
The majority of our work is on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. Most projects are based in Nanaimo, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Victoria, Mill Bay, Cowichan Valley, Salt Spring Island, Port Alberni, Tofino and Ucluelet. In years past, however, we’ve worked in various other locations on the BC coast and the BC interior.
